Submissions
At Draco, we deliver insurance and risk management expertise unique to our specific industries. Quote Turnaround (from receipt of a complete submission)
1-4 vehicles: 3 business days
Fleet of 5-30 vehicles: 7 business days
Over 30 vehicles: 15 business days

Quotation
A quotation will be e-mailed and/or faxed to the attention of the submitting agent, as requested by the agent at the time of submission. Quotations will always include:
- Limits
- Number of Units quoted
- Quote stipulations
- Premium by Coverage
- Binder Stipulation
- Payment terms
- UM and UIM Selection Forms as appropriate

Bind Requests
No agent is granted binding authority by Draco. If the insured accepts Draco’s proposal, you must fax (617-963-3571) or e-mail (submissions@dracoinsurance.com), using the information above, the following:
- Request to bind
- Requested effective dates and coverages (as confirmation)
- Other Requirements to be faxed:
    + A copy of the signed quotation and down payment check
    + Copy of a signed premium finance agreement, if applicable
    + Direct Bill option not available

Additionally, you must mail the original signed quotation form and application, a copy of a signed finance agreement (if applicable), along with down payment less the broker commission, to the following address:

Remaining payment is due within 21 days of binding

Upon receipt of bind requirements, Draco will email or fax, as requested by the broker, a binder good for 30 days, and an invoice. Please note that all accounts are Agency Billed, and the final invoice will be the net of the full premium less broker commission.

Payment and Financing
Draco is responsible for performing all account management for KnightBrook Insurance. Therefore, please include the following contact information on premium finance applications for all communications (premium verifications, NOA, NOI, NOC and Requests for Reinstatement, etc).

Full payment is due from the agent within 21 days of the date of the binding.

Policies
Policies will be issued within 30 days from binding date. Policies will be emailed in PDF format to the producer for review. The broker should review the policy, and contact the underwriter if there are any discrepancies. If the policy is accurate, then the producer is responsible for delivering the policy, either electronically or by printing and mailing to the insured.

Endorsements
All endorsement requests that do no contain driver information (e.g. transfers, add or delete vehicles, etc.) are may be emailed or faxed to Draco using the information below. All other processes described above will apply.

Please note that any endorsement request containing driver information must be faxed to the number above and cannot be emailed.

All endorsements will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the broker with an invoice. Any additional monies owed by the insured will be due within 30 days, as defined on the included invoice. For any policy endorsements which may cause premium due to exceed policy unearned premium, Draco reserves the right to bill for 10-day collection.
