An experienced, knowledgeable and responsive claim management team is a vital

virtual claim administration company, to manage all claims
by insureds of KnightBrook Insurance Company. Blue Leaf
Claims utilizes a state-of-the-art web-based claim
management system with integrated image scanning capability,
remotely located staff, and web-based video conferencing to
integrate staff and client communications. Remote adjusters
and managers nationwide facilitate the handling of claims,
with oversight by a centralized administrative office. The
centralized administrative office provides technical claim
oversight, image scanning, IT support, accounting, billing,
check issuance, legal/compliance, and other operations.
Blue Leaf President Stephen Zielinsky has over 35 years claims experience in the insurance, reinsurance and alternative risk insurance industry. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Trenwick Group, managing the run-off of both traditional reinsurance and primary insurance business written through Managing General Agencies and serviced by claims TPAs nationwide.
